The glues for wood FOLCO ® LIT comply with the D3 and D4 durability classes, according to the DIN EN 204 standard.The checking and certification has been carried out by independent institutions, such as the German institutes “ift” Rosenheim and “eph” Dresden.
The FOLCO ® LIT D3 W91 and FOLCO LIT D4 W91 have also achieved the highest thermal durability at least 7 N /mm according to the standard DIN EN 14257 (WATT 91).
FOLCO ® LIT D4 W91 D4 glue of one component
FOLCO ® LIT D4 W91 is a ready-one component glue, of great durability in moisture and temperature. It is a glue without any additives, offering a very good adhesion. It is suitable for wood applications that come in contact with the weather conditions and offer a relative protection of their external surface.
In combination with its great durability in high temperatures. it is ideal for outside doors and windows. Also for the gluing of wood and wooden elements, gluing of wooden joints of soft and hard woods-after preliminary checking and gluing of surfaces.
FOLCO ® LIT D4 W91 achieves a high final gluing strength within
a short pressing time, especially in combination with the increase of
heat during gluing.
FOLCO ? LIT D3 W91 D3 glue of one component
FOLCO ® LIT D3 W91 is a PVAc glue of one component. Suitable for finish foils, plywood, interior doors, finger joins and in general, for carpentry uses in soft and hard wood. The FOLCO ® LIT D3 W91 achieves a strong gluing in a short pressing time, especially hot pressing.
